FBI New York Citizens Academy Alumni Association

Thanks to Board Members for your consideration and recognition.

We are grateful and enthusiastic to be members of the FBINYCAAA. The strong sense of community within the FBINYCAAA profoundly

resonates with us.

This connection allows us to relate to individuals of diverse backgrounds, cultures, and

fosters trust and comfort within the communities we serve.

Some of the most rewarding experiences have been our participation in Operation Santa

Claus and Giving Events, where we bring joy to children during the holidays. Witnessing

their smiling faces , also helping out with the Teen Academy and Citizens Academy

programs experiencing the camaraderie among our members during these events has

enriched my journey with the FBINYCAAA and strengthened our presence as members

in the community Beyond the sense of community, FBINYCAAA commitment to our

continued professional.

development has been a pivotal factor in our involvement. The organization empowers its

members to thrive through academy refresher courses, events, and community activities.

This dedication to growth aligns with our aspirations, providing a platform for continuous

learning and advancement.

Our decision to join this organization is rooted in the values of community, professional

development, and a shared commitment.

We are honored to be part of this organization and look forward to contributing to its

continued success.

In 2010 I joined the NYCAAA

I was volunteering with the NYCAAA before I actually joined the organization, since Ken was already a member of the alumni association ,

I would sometimes volunteer with him.

I volunteered with the NYC Road Runners, Achilles International, and at the National leadership conferences in Arizona and in Kansas City

Missouri ,Where We helped to clear a wooded area to create a soccer field for the children.

Prior to joining the NYCAAA, I also volunteered at God's Love We Deliver, and at Tavern on the Green helping to prepare dinner for the

runners of the NYC Marathon.
